Domaine Merieau, Cent Visage 2022, Touraine 6X75cl

The Côt or Malbec grape brings a very deep and concentrated garnet colour. This variety is also grown in the Bordeaux region where it is blended in the wine from some of the greatest Châteaux. Very ripe aromas on the nose (blackcurrant, crushed red berries) with notes of prunes and violets. Very persistent finish. Best enjoyed on full-bodied, rich and spicy dishes, game dishes and strong cheeses. Also great as a glass of wine with friends, in front of the fireplace during long winter evenings. Domaine Meriau is growing a very ancient vine selection which gives to their wine intensity and concentration.To be decanted and enjoyed at room temperature.
