IGP Val de Loire is the appellation of this newly created wine by Florent Barichard, it's from a plot called Les Gavroches aux Cailloux, the reason why this is called Les Cailloux. 100% Pinot noir with a vivid red colour and a nose of fresh red fruits that become slightly acidulous on the palate. This is an amazing organic, low sulphur red wine from this Domaine des Terres D'Ocre.
