Château Montfin, Sur Pilotis blanc 2020, Corbieres Blanc 6X75cl

Château Montfin within the Languedoc Roussillon region, AOC Corbieres, produce Sur Pilotis blanc wine that is named after its place of birth, between the lakes of Peyriac and Doul a wonderful walk with a lot built on stilts. A blend of Grenache blanc, Roussanne, and Vermentino.  A pale golden colour with notes of apricot and flowers, this is a wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled fish in the summer. It has a lovely zing taste with some salty influences from the nearby Mediterranean.
