Château Montfin, L'Étang Danse 2021, Corbieres Rosé 6X75cl

Château Montfin within the Languedoc Roussillon region AOC Corbieres, produce a Rose wine; L'étang Danse is named after the ballet of flamingos on the lake of Peyriac, it translates as the lake dances. A blend of Grenache and Cinsault, a pale rose colour for this wine with notes of citrus fruits and a palate of fresh fruits mainly red fruits like raspberries. A very good summer BBQ wine or spicy Caribbean dishes. And obviously, the so important aperitif would love this wine, it is very easy drinking and keeps asking for more.
