Chateau de la Selve, Berty 2020, Igp Ardèche 6X75cl

Berty from Chateau de la Selve is named after the plot of land where the vines grow, Serre de Berty in the Ardèche region. The particularity of the plot is the high amplitudes of temperature, very hot during the day in the summer months and very fresh nights. this preserves the finesse of the wine. The blend is made of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, all manually harvested and only natural present yeast, no additives. Loads of red fruit and spices in this wine with smooth tannins. This wine can age easily for 10 years or be drunk in it's younger days with a more fruity taste. The wine is certified biodynamic by Biodyvin.
