<h2>Just Wines x Our Cow Promotion November 2023 - Terms & Conditions.</h2>
<h3>Terms and Conditions: </h3>
<p><b>1.</b> These Terms and Conditions apply to the Just Wines Australia “Our Cow & Just Wines November Giveaway”.</p>
<p><b>2.</b> Information on how to enter and information on Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
</p>
<p><b>3.</b>Entry into the Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
</p>
<p><b>4.</b> The Giveaway Period starts at 12:01 am on 1 November 2023 (AEDT) and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 20th November 2023.
</p>
<p><b>5.</b> Entry into the Giveaway is only open to Australian residents, aged 18 years or older. The giveaway is not open to employees, family members, and/or contractors of Just Wines or Our Cow.
</p>
<p><b>6.</b> Giveaway entry is by providing all required fields, and opting in to receive marketing messages from Just Wines and Our Cow, via the designated landing page during the promotional period. Entrants must provide a genuine and valid email address in order for their entry to be considered valid.
</p>
<p><b>7.</b> Providing email address and name details as part of this Giveaway results in automatic opt-in to receive email marketing communications from both Just Wines and Our Cow in the future. Entrants can unsubscribe from email marketing communications at any time through either Company's allocated channels.
</p>
<p><b>8.</b>Entrants must have a residential delivery address in QLD, SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS, WA. Unfortunately we are not able to include the NT. The prize winner will be contacted to confirm residential address is within the participating States; if not located in one of these States the entrant will not be afforded the prize and it will be re-drawn.
</p>
<p><b>9.</b>The prize winner’s delivery address must be capable of receiving the final prize and neither Just Wines nor Our Cow is responsible for any inability to send to or receive the prize, or attempt resend, if the delivery address is incorrect or inadequate.
</p>
<p><b>10.</b>The total prize pool is $1,000’s worth of Just Wines and Our Cow Gift Cards. There are 3 prizes to be won. </p>
<ul>
<li>1st prize - $250 Just Wines and $250 Our Cow voucher</li>
<li>2nd prize - $150 Our Cow & $150 Just Wines gift voucher</li>
<li>3rd prize - $100 Our Cow & $100 Just Wines gift voucher </li>
</ul>
<p><b>11.</b> The Just Wines & Our Cow Gift Cards can be used for any combination of available and in-stock products to make up the prize value at the time of redeeming the prize.</p>
<p><b>12.</b> The Gift Cards will be valid for 90 days from the day of prize draw and are not able to be exchanged for cash or any other redemption mechanism. All gift cards are provided electronically and are for exclusive use on <a href="justwines.com.au">justwines.com.au </a>and <a href="ourcow.com.au.">ourcow.com.au.</a></p>
<p><b>13.</b> Neither the Just Wines or the Our Cow Gift Card can be exchanged, refunded or swapped for cash or any other product variation or gift card from either company.
</p>
<p><b>14.</b>The prize draw will be executed via random electronic prize draw on 27th November 2023. The prize winner will be announced via email from Our Cow & Just Wines within 1 week of the prize draw. Prize winners who do not contact/accept their prize within 2 weeks of announcement will forfeit their prize.
</p>
<p><b>15.</b>Just Wines Australia & Our Cow are not responsible for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, or use of the prize. If such problems arise, then Just Wines Australia may modify the Giveaway.
</p>
<p><b>16.</b> Just Wines will not be responsible for third-party products and services offered as prizes, and all such prizes may be subject to third-party providers' standard terms and conditions.
</p>
<p><b>17.</b> No responsibility is accepted by Just Wines for matters beyond its reasonable control, and no refund or replacement prize will apply for such matters. Just Wines accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.
</p>
